DSB Group & Conference Services can offer participants of HAFNIA 01 hotel rooms at a special discount rate. Participants are advised to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis.

Hotel locations and standards
Hotel locations and standards: Most hotels are centrally located in the Copenhagen downtown area. A few hotels are within 10 minutes walking distance from the Central Railway Station or close to the Bella Center..
Hotel Deposit
Hotel rooms will be booked provided that you pay the hotel deposit indicated on the registration form. The deposit serves as a guarantee for the first night in case of no-show. The hotel bill must be settled upon checking out of the hotel. The prepaid deposit will be deducted in full from your hotel bill. Only one deposit per room should be paid. If you cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded only provided that the hotel can re-let the room.
Hotel Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your hotel booking with full hotel name and address. When you receive the confirmation (hotel voucher) please check that it shows the correct arrival and departure dates. The hotel voucher must be presented to the hotel upon arrival.
Hotel Booking Amendments
Any request to amend your hotel booking must be addressed to the DSB Group & Conference Services and NOT to the hotel.
Dealers official hotels.
Two hotels have been allocated for dealers: Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel (4 stars) and Hotel Alexandra (3 stars).
Kindly tick off on the registration form.
Hotel payment:
The hotel deposit and hotel reservation fee may be remitted as follows:
by credit card: Visa, JCB, Access, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express cards
or
by cheque(not personal) or banker's draft drawn on a Danish bank in DKK. Personal cheques are not accepted except for Danish cheques
or by bank transfer to a/c no. 2149-8965-416-189 Unibank A/S, Torvegade 1, DK-1400 Copenhagen K, Denmark. SWIFT code: UNIBDKKK (not applicable for payments made in Denmark). All bank charges are on the account of the registrant, not the beneficiary.
Please remember to state participant name and "HAFNIA 01" on all payments.
