Scott 413 (Michel Block 1) is a souvenier sheet 65 x 90 mm with design and color similar to Scott 407 (Michel 85); the margins are imprinted "HOMMAGE DAG HAMMARSKJÖLD", a cross, 1961, "PRIX NOBEL DE LA PAIX 1961", and laural leaves in gold.

Scott 413a (Michel Block 2) is Scott 413a overprinted "2eme ANNIVERSARSAIRE" and "DE L'INDÉPENDANCE" between stamp and laural leaves, and "30 JUIN 1962" imprinted on stamp itself surmounted by a posthorn symbol in dark green.
